About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Finance Analyst to join our client's team remotely! In this role, you’ll play a key part in reconciling a portfolio of inactive government programs and supporting contract closeout activities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have experience with government contract types and Costpoint, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:Perform unbilled reconciliation and cleanup for inactive programs, delivery orders, and task orders.Support Interim Final Closeout activities for active contracts and IDIQ agreements.Complete Final Billing, financial contract closeout checklists, and build closeout packages for executive approval.Collaborate with Contract Managers, Finance Managers, and the Shared Service Center (Billing & Costpoint Setup teams).Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.3+ years of experience in Billing, Financial Analysis, Project Finance, or Contract Closeout.Strong knowledge of government contract types (Cost Reimbursable, T&M, FFP).Proficiency in Costpoint (v6 or v7).Advanced Excel skills (SUM, Conditional Formatting, Outlines, Multi-Axis Charts).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with COGNOS reporting tools.Prior experience working in a GovCon environment.Why Join Us?100% Remote FlexibilityCollaborative and mission-driven teamOpportunity to work on impactful government programsCompetitive compensation and benefits

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $36.06/hr.
