Job Title: Sr. Project Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Engineer to lead OEM meetings and oversee project teams. This role requires creating and maintaining excellent documentation, both internally and externally with customers. The successful candidate will manage SharePoint folders, ensuring documents are accurate and engineering-focused.
Responsibilities
Lead and conduct OEM meetings effectively.Oversee and manage project teams to ensure successful project completion.Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of documentation for both internal and customer-facing purposes.Manage and organize SharePoint folders, reviewing documents for engineering accuracy.Essential Skills
2-4+ years of experience managing projects.Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Experience working with cross-functional teams, understanding design flow from Product Requirements Document (PRD) to schematic layout to firmware development.Embedded systems design experience.Proficiency in electrical engineering, including knowledge of PCB components such as capacitors and inductors.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in video technology is strongly preferred.Bilingual abilities in Mandarin are a plus.Work Environment
This role is primarily on-site with flexible work arrangements. Employees may work from home occasionally, such as for appointments, with some team members working remotely on Fridays. Core working hours are from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, but start and end times are flexible, provided a total of 8 hours are worked each day.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $67.00 - $82.00/hr.
