Senior Project Architect – Job Summary
The Senior Project Architect will lead and manage hospitality, resort residential and multifamily housing projects. This role requires an architectural license, strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams, maintain client relationships, and oversee complex project details from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of project development, including schedules, budgets, staffing, and coordination.Develop creative design solutions and address architectural challenges.Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and consultants to maintain clear communication and project alignment.Support business development through participation in interviews and presentations.Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth.Qualifications
15+ years of experience in architectureExperience with resort residential, multifamily, or hospitality projects.Licensed Architect in the U.S.Strong technical knowledge of building systems and Revit proficiency.Demonstrated leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.Proven experience managing budgets, staffing, and project planning.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Francisco, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
