Requirements:

7+ Years of accounting expereince.Experience with the software YardiBachelors Degree

Key Responsabilities:

Set up and maintain project accounts in the accounting system, ensuring accurate coding and compliance.Prepare and monitor project budgets; conduct regular reviews to ensure projects remain within budget.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, project cost reports, and variance analyses.
