Senior Programmer Analyst - AI

Combine strong engineering foundations with next‑generation AI‑enhanced development.

We’re looking for an experienced developer (5–7 years) who writes clean, reliable C#/.NET applications, understands SQL deeply, and has recent, real-world experience using Vibe‑style AI‑assisted coding workflows.

If you’ve actively used tools such as Vibe, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Replit, Lovable, Windsurf, or other conversational coding agents where you describe features, iterate through prompts, and refine AI‑generated code, you’ll be a great fit.

Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain applications using C#/.NET and SQL ServerUse Vibe‑style workflows (prompt → generate → review → refine → test) as part of everyday developmentLeverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate development, documentation, debugging, and refactoringReview and validate AI‑generated code for correctness, maintainability, performance, and securityWrite optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logicParticipate in architecture discussions, sprint ceremonies, and code reviewsHelp shape our team’s AI‑powered development practices

REQUIREMENTS

5–7 years of hands‑on professional C# / .NET experienceStrong SQL fundamentals: complex joins, indexing, stored procedures, performance tuningRecent experience with Vibe / AI‑assisted coding tools such as:CursorClaude CodeGitHub CopilotReplitLovableWindsurfAbility to craft effective prompts and iteratively refine AI‑generated outputStrong debugging skills and understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and maintainable codeStrong communicator and collaborator; comfortable learning and adopting new tools
