Job Description:
We’re looking for someone who has hands‑on experience doing Air Force facilities programming—specifically writing and leading DD Form 1391 packages. This person will take the lead on scoping projects, building estimates, managing funding documents, and helping train junior team members.
Must have at least 3 years of real U.S. Air Force CE programming experience (ideally in a Civil Engineering Squadron).
Responsibilities:
Lead 1391 project programming effortsMeet with Air Force stakeholders to define project needsBuild project scopes, cost estimates, and funding packagesWrite and manage DD Form 1391sUse and oversee data entry in NexGen and/or TRIRIGAEnsure accuracy and consistency across all programming documentationCoach, train, and mentor junior and mid‑level programmersRequired Experience:
3+ years doing Air Force CE programming (non‑negotiable)Experience with DD Form 1391, FSRM, and MILCONExperience with NexGen or TRIRIGABachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or similar10+ years total in A/E/C industryCandidates from the Army may be considered only if they clearly understand Air Force processes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.00 - $62.50/hr.
