We are recruiting a Senior Programme Manager to join the dynamic and results-driven team located in London, working with a global banking client. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, leveraging their expertise to oversee all phases, including design, construction, and occupancy, ensuring best-in-class quality control, resource allocation, and budget management. This role requires a Self-Sufficient, Quick Learner who is Agile and able to spin plates effectively. The ideal candidate will be Confident in a client-facing role, CBRE-facing, and capable of interacting with a range of stakeholders, including CEOs and contractors. They must be Emotionally Intelligent and possess exceptional communication skills to drive synergies and deliver value across the project lifecycle."
**Responsibilities**
+ Interfaces with clients to define project requirements
+ Establishes project work plan and deadlines
+ Creates persuasive presentations that meet the project’s objectives
+ Creates/manages project budget
+ Monitors expenses to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget
+ Manages all facets of project design, construction, and occupancy
+ Qualifies and recommends contractors by reviewing bids and related documents
+ Oversee Preparation of “For Execution” consultants' contracts and management of the execution of these documents
+ Manages project team by providing direction and leadership
+ Facilitates client meetings regarding project matters
+ Represents the client and CBRE with architects, vendors, consultants, and regulatory agencies
+ Actively updates multiple project records using the Account-approved project tracking software application
+ Manages a work unit and/or group
+ Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating direct reports
+ Other duties may be assigned
**Education and Skills**
+ experience delivering works of £20m plus
+ 5 plus years of experience
+ Experience of delivering large complex ground up commercial developments essential
+ Strong proven commercial development management experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, business or equivalent
