**About the role:**
As a CBRE Senior Program Manager, you'll consult with NVIDIA, located in Santa Clara, CA. This is a player/coach role and will be directly managing project in addition to providing the oversight/PMO activities. This role demands a technologically proficient professional with proven experience managing programs within a PMO framework, ideally within large tech organizations. You'll excel at delivering outstanding client service and possess strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with a high degree of integrity.
**What you'll do:**
Oversee and lead large cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal PMO process.
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues get called out and resolved so that the program gets completed on time.
Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs.
Work with key collaborators to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery.
Build & distribute routine PMO reports, which include status reports and updated Gantt charts.
Apply sophisticated knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
Showcase expertise in own job subject area and in-depth knowledge of other job subject areas within the organization function.
Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to embrace a different point of view.
Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
Communicate difficult and sophisticated ideas with the ability to influence.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of solid experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and exciting performance and retention is helpful.
+ The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
+ Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills with a sophisticated inquisitive mindset.
+ Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat sophisticated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is$185,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $205,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
