We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to support our Cross Border programs in Brazil and orchestrate growth expansion initiatives. The position requires an individual who can work autonomously in a fast paced, demanding and often ambiguous environment. Additionally, since this position involves working with multiple teams and partners in a fast growing opportunity, the role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities and ownership with great bias for action in getting things done themselves.
The successful candidate will have a strong program/project management background and good understanding of the global trade operations, logistics and trade compliance landscape. You should combine strategic thinking with practical execution, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex topics and solve problems efficiently.
Your excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, combined with strong program management skills, will be essential for success in this role. Most importantly, you should have the ability to develop and implement effective solutions for complex challenges, ensuring both compliance and operational efficiency. To succeed in this role you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Strategic Planning & Execution
Drive comprehensive program planning across multiple workstreams, including operational improvements, and strategic initiative
Lead end-to-end delivery of critical business programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics
Drive Operational Excellence
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, set mechanisms and define SOP`s and SLA`s for third party service providers
Stakeholder management
Partner with cross-functional teams including Business teams, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations
Lead weekly syncs and planning sessions with multiple stakeholders
Provide clear communication and strategic updates to senior leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels
Process Improvement & Innovation
Identify and implement optimization opportunities across the Supply Chain
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve operational performance
Basic Qualifications
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of Global Trade Operations and/or Trade Compliance
- Proven track record in program or project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
