Drive delivery excellence for a high‑impact, $30–40M annual program.
In this role, you will serve as the program’s strategic leader—guiding scope, budget, technology delivery, and executive alignment to ensure business outcomes are achieved. You’ll partner closely across business and IT teams, influence senior leaders and bring structure and clarity to complex, multi‑workstream initiatives.
Responsibilities
Define program direction and scope in partnership with business product managers, ensuring clarity of objectives and alignment to portfolio strategy.Lead end‑to‑end program delivery, including IT development and testing, financial oversight, scope management and risk mitigation.Create and present executive‑level communications that clearly articulate progress, decisions and storylines for senior leadership.Navigate competing priorities, negotiate effectively and drive alignment across business, IT and stakeholder groups.Partner with IT leaders and project teams to identify risks, resolve issues, address resource gaps and maintain delivery momentum.Manage program financials, including benefits tracking, variance analysis and development of action plans to meet approved targets.Support funding recommendations, providing analysis and insights that guide investment decisions.Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to evolve program management practices across the organization.Operate with urgency and ownership, removing roadblocks, defining clear deliverables and committing to timelines.Apply strong project management and change management expertise to drive execution across varying delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).Required Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing complex programs over $15M.Expert ability to develop executive‑facing presentations and communicate progress through a compelling narrative.Proven leadership with experience guiding large, matrixed project teams.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project.Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.Experience working within large‑scale systems environments and comfort with complex technology solutions.Demonstrated success leading programs with ambiguity in early‑stage scope.Experience with multiple delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative).Strong ability to earn trust, influence stakeholders, resolve conflict and communicate challenging messages with professionalism.Exceptional facilitation, presentation and written communication skills.Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed organization.Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).Experience contributing to or leading enterprise‑level process improvement initiatives.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 124,300 - 207,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
