The Senior Program Manager – Sourcing PLM & Supplier Interface is responsible for leading and optimizing sourcing-related processes within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment. This role serves as the primary interface between Sourcing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to ensure effective execution of sourcing strategies, lifecycle transparency, and data-driven decision-making. The position plays a critical role in managing sourcing governance, analytics, and risk mitigation processes, including Last Time Buy (LTB), Dual/Multi-Source identification, and materials compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage sourcing processes as integrated with PLM systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise sourcing strategies and product lifecycle requirements.Serve as the Sourcing COE lead for PLM, acting as the primary liaison between Sourcing, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Customs, Supply Chain, IT, and supplier stakeholders.Lead the definition, deployment, and continuous improvement of sourcing workflows, data standards, and governance within PLM.Manage sourcing-related reporting and analytics, delivering actionable insights on supplier status, sourcing coverage, risk exposure, and lifecycle milestones.Own and administer the Sourcing Last Time Buy (LTB) process, ensuring timely identification, execution, and documentation of LTB events.Lead the Dual/Multi-Source identification and tracking process to mitigate supply risk and improve continuity of supply.Ensure sourcing data accuracy, completeness, and auditability within PLM and downstream systems.Drive cross-functional alignment on sourcing decisions throughout the product lifecycle, from NPI through end-of-life.Support supplier interface processes, including onboarding, data exchange, and issue resolution as related to PLM-enabled sourcing activities.Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and best practices for global stakeholders.Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization using analytics and digital tools.Support RFQ process, supplier access as it relates to PLM.Oversee material compliance/supplier outreachManage one direct report.

Required QualificationsUndergraduate degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sourcing, supply chain, program management, or PLM-related roles; orMaster’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Demonstrated experience managing sourcing processes within a PLM environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.Proven program management experience, including cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with PTC Windchill PLM strongly preferred.Experience supporting sourcing or supply chain Centers of Excellence.Knowledge of supplier risk management, lifecycle management, and sourcing governance frameworks.Experience with enterprise reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization.People management experience.Key CompetenciesStrategic and systems-oriented thinkingData-driven decision-makingStrong communication and stakeholder influence skillsProcess design and continuous improvement mindsetAbility to operate effectively in a matrixed, global environment
