**Role:** Senior Program Manager – Oracle ERP (Oracle eBS) **Duration:** 12+ Months **Location:** Chicago Preferred | Remote/Hybrid Flexibility **Experience Required:** 10-15+ Years **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Program Manager** with a strong background in **Oracle ERP (Oracle eBusiness Suite)** to lead a large-scale program across both **Business and IT stakeholders** . This individual will be responsible for driving **program governance** , ensuring cross-functional alignment, managing timelines and deliverables, and serving as the central point of contact for program execution. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead end-to-end program governance for Oracle ERP implementations and/or transformations + Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Business and IT to ensure alignment and program success + Develop and manage program plans, roadmaps, and deliverables + Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively + Communicate program status to executive leadership and steering committees + Oversee vendor coordination and integration efforts + Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and scope **Required Skills & Experience:** + 10-15+ years of program management experience, with a strong focus on **Oracle ERP (Oracle eBS)** + Proven ability to manage large, complex enterprise programs + Experience working in remote or hybrid environments + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills + PMP or other relevant certification is a plus **Preferred:** + Located in or near Chicago + Experience with global ERP rollouts or multi-entity deployments ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
