Senior Program Manager, Product Go-to-Market
Oracle
**Job Description**
At Oracle NetSuite, we are transforming the way lower-mid, mid-market, and enterprise companies operate by delivering cloud-based business applications that are scalable, intuitive, and tailored to meet industry-specific needs. As a key member of our JAPAC Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, the Solution Manager plays a vital role in shaping, localizing, and delivering both industry-focused and cross-industry solutions that deeply resonate with customers in the Japan market. This role requires a keen understanding of local business practices and market dynamics to ensure our SuiteSuccess editions, add-ons, and leading practices remain relevant, competitive, and aligned with evolving customer demands.
The Solution Manager combines strong domain expertise, program leadership skills, and business acumen to drive solution strategy from initial concept through successful execution. Acting as the critical link between global product strategy and Japan-specific market requirements, this role collaborates closely with vertical leadership, sales, delivery, and enablement teams to ensure solutions are effectively launched and adopted. Given the frequent collaboration with local customers and stakeholders as well as global teams and senior executives, fluency in both English and Japanese is mandatory. This bilingual capability enables clear communication, smooth coordination, and the ability to influence outcomes across diverse, multi-cultural teams.
**Responsibilities**
The Solution Manager holds end-to-end ownership of SuiteSuccess industry or horizontal editions tailored for the Japan market. This responsibility encompasses managing sales and delivery assets, maintaining leading practices, and overseeing upgrade paths to ensure the solution portfolio remains competitive, localized, and closely aligned with evolving market demands. The Solution Manager is accountable for driving solution adoption, scalability, and long-term business value, supported by actively maintaining comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans, detailed roadmaps, and prioritized enhancement backlogs. By integrating market insights and feedback, this role ensures that solutions not only meet but anticipate customer and industry needs.
In addition to solution ownership, the Solution Manager leads complex strategic GTM initiatives, functioning as both program and project manager. This involves defining project scope, identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies, and coordinating resource allocation to deliver successful outcomes. The role requires strict adherence to NetSuite’s methodology and delivery standards while navigating the unique requirements of the Japanese market. Close collaboration with senior leadership teams across verticals and horizontals is critical, as the Solution Manager convenes and facilitates GTM advisory groups and cross-functional stakeholder teams to co-create industry solutions that blend global best practices with Japan-specific regulatory, accounting, and cultural considerations. Serving as the face of GTM, this role presents high-level solution overviews to executive stakeholders and industry representatives, supports sales and delivery enablement as a subject matter expert, establishes and monitors key success metrics such as customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores, and drives continuous solution improvement through ongoing feedback loops from customers, partners, and internal teams.
