Our Fan Journey Experience Design organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Partner Success.

Your Impact
A Program Manager in the Partner Success team ensures initiatives are well planned, aligned, and delivered on time and within scope. They streamline collaboration across researchers, technologists, and partners, removing roadblocks and keeping everyone focused on priorities. Their work accelerates delivery of high-quality customer experience improvements, maximizes resources, and drives measurable business and customer value. This role reports to the Director of Partner Success.

Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership

Own integrated workback schedules, milestones, and dependencies for large partner programs and high-impact initiatives

Coordinate across UX, technology, operations, business teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability

Track progress, risks, and issues; proactively resolve blockers and escalate when needed

Drive consistent program rhythms (kickoffs, status updates, checkpoints, retrospectives)

Partner Management

Serve as a primary operational partner contact for assigned initiatives

Ensure partners understand timelines, expectations, and decision paths

Capture partner insights and feedback and ensure they are integrated into program execution and decisions

Foster trusted, collaborative relationships that support long-term success

Program Operations & Enablement

Design and maintain program tracking systems (e.g., Airtable, dashboards, documentation)

Improve workflows, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and consistency

Provide leadership with clear visibility into status, outcomes, risks, and ROI

Establish lightweight frameworks and best practices that enable tactical teams to self-manage smaller projects

Scaling & Governance

Help define when Partner Success leads vs supports initiatives

Influence and guide project management practices across partner-driven work

Ensure consistency in documentation, communication, and operating norms

Support planning, prioritization, and dependency management across programs

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills across written, visual, and verbal formats

Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs

Experience managing external partners and stakeholder relationships

High comfort with ambiguity and shared ownership

Program and project management expertise

Strong partner management and collaboration skills

Advanced proficiency with tools such as Airtable, Google Suite, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar

Ability to design and maintain operational systems and reporting

Experience establishing KPIs and measuring business and customer impact

Comfort working with senior leaders and influencing without authority


Pay Transparency - North America
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 
PAY RANGES * British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$111,600 - $152,800 CAD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
