Key job responsibilities
- Partner strategically with cross-functional teams across programs and geographies to design and implement standardized decision-making frameworks for both short and mid-term time horizons.
- Develop and implement robust mechanisms and guardrails that enable DSPs to effectively respond to demand fluctuations.
- Architect comprehensive DSP performance measurement structures and establish corresponding reward and accountability systems that drive operational excellence.
- Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with upstream planning functions to develop proactive approaches to planning variations and network optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with field operations and functional leaders to influence and enhance capacity planning and management strategies across the network.
- Lead the development and implementation of systematic improvements that strengthen our network's ability to adapt to changing market conditions while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Drive data-driven decision making by creating and managing performance metrics that align with business objectives and support network growth.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Similar experience in a service, manufacturing, fulfillment or distribution environment
- Ability to quickly build expertise and manage an increasingly complex problem across multiple stakeholder teams
- Ability to influence at an executive level and to share critical business insights.
- Bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail.
- Project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.
- Strong business judgment and ability to create business playbooks

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
