Senior Program Manager, Amazon Air

You'll collaborate closely with site leadership, implementing process improvement methodologies, facilitating training sessions, and developing robust systems that enhance operational performance. Expect to travel between key sites, conducting deep-dive analyses, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and translating complex operational challenges into actionable strategies. **Eligibility requirement** - Individuals hired into this position will have unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA). The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
