Senior Program Analyst

Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Senior Program Analyst, with an emphasis on data analytics and building solutions leveraging low-code platforms, to support the Federal Aviation Administration.


Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: 

Design, build, test, deploy automated workflows, applications, and dashboards using low-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft PowerPlatform, Appian, or similar tools) based on FAA client business requirementsAssist with development and maintenance of automated solutions, such as forms, approvals, notifications, reporting, task tracking, custom applicationsMaintain FAA client’s existing low-code solutions Use BI/Visualization tools to build and maintain dashboards/reportsIntegrate low-code solutions with existing systems and data sourcesSupport requirements gathering and develop requirements documents (e.g. business, functional, technical) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) as necessaryDevelop process flow diagrams, use cases, functional specifications to support process automationEstablish/maintain issue tracking for various solutions using Jira or similar toolsConduct routine data cleaning, normalization, analysis, and evaluation to ensure quality and discover anomaliesDevelop/update training documents and user guidesDocument, disseminate, and track meeting minutes, notes, and action itemsMaintain internal client SharePoint sitesPrepare materials for and giving program related briefings and presentationsPerform senior level program analysis functions associated with the ongoing information technology activitiesCoordinate, schedule, and support web teleconferences as necessary.

The successful candidate will have:

10+ years related program/management analyst experience Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)Power Platform, Tableau/PowerBI Certification preferredPMP Certification preferredDevelopment experience with business process workflow automation tools such as Power Apps/Power Automate, Pega, or AppianDemonstrated experience building/maintaining dashboardsExperience with issue tracking software, such as JIRA preferredExtensive experience connecting to various data sources and structuresAdvanced proficiency in the use of industry standard office software and applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)Demonstrated experience gathering requirementsExperience maintaining databases (e.g. Dataverse, SQL) is preferred

Demonstrated experience responding to external and internal inquiries

 

Salary: $125,000-135,000 annually. Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
