**Description** SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support a fast-paced Intelligence Community program and in this role you will: + Participate in training pipeline to obtain necessary certifications + Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management + Review status of projects and prepare status reports + Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives + Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients + Participate in, establish, and define program plan requirements; monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual and schedule objectives are met + Develop solutions to a variety of moderate problems in scope and complexity.
