The Creative Marketing Management Director role focuses on leading the development and execution of innovative marketing communication strategies for the Home Entertainment division. This position is responsible for planning and creating marketing communication assets to achieve the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's brand strategy and business objectives.
This role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to designing compelling visuals and video content tailored for diverse marketing channels.
The Director will also manage agencies and execute multi-dimensional campaigns across various consumer touchpoints to maximize marketing impact.

Role and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities: • Creative Production Leadership: Lead the production of Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing assets, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand strategy for effective Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC). Key responsibilities include:
o Overseeing high-quality creative material development, ensuring speed and efficiency to meet deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.
o Collaborating with marketing channel stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs and support message consistency.
o Maintaining clear communication with internal teams and adapting to changes for seamless execution.
• Campaign Execution Strategy: Develop and execute multi-dimensional execution strategies for ATL and BTL marketing activities focusing on:
o Crafting tailored plans for each marketing channel and consumer touchpoint.
o Timely deployment of product and campaign assets that meet channel needs for maximum effectiveness.
o Working seamlessly with marketing channel stakeholders for cohesive integration.
o Emphasizing speed and efficiency to respond swiftly to business demands.
• Agency Management: Oversee close communication with agencies to deliver clear briefings and derive ideas that align with the communication strategy and desired outcomes.
• Communication Impact Analysis: Analyze the impact of marketing communications through pre- and post-consumer research to gauge effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of creative marketing professionals to achieve key objectives and foster a high-performing culture.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Communicology, Marketing, or Mass Communication.

 

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Communicology, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience in creative marketing management or a similar field with proven experience in creative production leadership and campaign execution strategy.
• Strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing principles and their application in IMC.
• Creative visionary with a hands-on approach to execution, capable of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality.


Preferred Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will excel Certifications such as Digital/Social/Web Marketing, IMC Strategy, Marketing PR, or Media Strategy.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $197,000 and $232,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
