As a Senior Manager with the SCM Innovation team at Samsung, your responsibilities will include cross-functional collaboration, designing frameworks for next-generation AI-driven solutions, analyzing model results, and leading implementations. Role and Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
 

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Mathematics, AI/ML, or Technology).10+ years of experience in strategy/consulting, supply chain, market leading technologies.People management experience as a team/project leader.
 

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, modeling, frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google).Highly skilled in Business Intelligence tools data visualization tools including Tableau.Exceptionally skilled in Excel; Highly proficient in other Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong mathematical analysis skills.Experience with large data set data analytics.Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.Ability to analyze supply chain business performance to identify and root cause challenges.
 

Communication and Collaboration:

Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills to both internal and external clients.Bilingual is preferred (Korean, English).
 

Project Management Experience:

6+ years of Project Management experience.Experience leading large complex engagements with business units and external customers.Proven experience leading technology innovation projects.Experience identifying, facilitating, and prioritization multiple complex and critical path activities to ensure all project designs and requirements are met and delivered on time.
 

Other:

Continuous learner, curious, fascinated by innovation; ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts.High level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, and executive presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic, and proactive organization.Ability to operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal more than 75% of work time.

Skills and Qualifications

• Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

• Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks

• May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing

• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
