Senior Production Planning Engineer

Make It With Pride.** You will be responsible for developing and optimizing production plans to ensure optimal cost, efficiency, and capacity utilization across multiple lines. It involves close collaboration with supply chain teams to adapt plans to customer demand, manage material requirements, and maintain targeted inventory levels, while also ensuring compliance and detailed reporting. **How you will contribute** You will: + Develope production plans focused on optimal cost and efficiency across multiple lines. + Contribute to the development of the factory's plan compliance metrics. + Conduct situation analysis, collect data, and report globally in the event of non-compliance with the plan. + Utilize production capacity for optimal efficiency. + Make and announce possible changes to the plan based on customer demand and sales, in collaboration with the supply planning teams. + Share the production plan with all necessary stakeholders. + Communicate with the Production, Supply Planning, and Material Planning departments and strive to operate within the targeted finished product inventory. + Control the material requirements needed for the production plan and communicate any deficiencies with the material supply team. + Ensure production is carried out within the desired customer breakdown for export. + Convert production plans into process orders on time and schedule them to be released to production. + Provide relevant reporting on all planning activities for the lines for which the company is responsible. + Maintain weekly processes and communicate as necessary to close unclosed processes. + Serve as part of the "Supply Network" pillars within the scope of IL6S and make supply chain development recommendations for areas under its responsibility and those outside of its responsibility. + Contribute to the development of KPIs by participating in process development projects. + Act within the framework of ethical rules and legal responsibilities; when in doubt or when witnessing situations that violate these rules, inform your manager and the relevant authorities. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Production Planning and FMCG sector, if possible. + Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem-solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills. + Good command of English. **More about this role** **What you need to know about this position:** **What extra ingredients you will bring:** **Education / Certifications:** + Bachelor's degree in relevant fields **Job specific requirements:** + SAP knowledge and experience, especially in APO module. **Travel requirements:** **Work schedule:** **Relocation Support Available?** No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
