The Boeing CompanyThe Air Dominance Division of Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Production Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to join the Air Proprietary IP&S Team. This position will report to the Air Proprietary Sr. IP&S Manager and will be located in Hazelwood, Missouri!
This position is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic and motivated professional to be a part of a high performing Scheduling team. This production scheduling opportunity is slated for various proprietary programs currently, but could also help support a variety of Air Dominance Programs as well as special projects for BDS, STL Site, and IP&S functional projects.
This position will have the primary responsibility of leading the development, coordination, integration, analysis, and maintenance of the various production schedules- within OPP and PRIME-R systems. The candidate selected will monitor and report schedule status and elevate risks to program and functional leadership to facilitate program decisions. The position may also lead, direct, facilitate, and ensure integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners.
This position also has responsibility for supporting various proprietary programs from an MPS perspective, learning SAP/ Sapphire demand systems and working with MPS Home Office to test and prepare demand flowing through those systems. This focal will serve as a subject matter expert for program leadership and will represent the production scheduling function on matters pertaining to its policies, processes, plans, and objectives. The ability to provide analysis and product development initiatives for manufacturing, program, and Ops support organizations will be critical. This position will help ensure compliance and adherence of master production schedule requirements.
The candidate must have demonstrated analytical capability and excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with managers and internal/external Boeing customers. The candidate must be proactive and work well within a team environment.

Position Responsibilities:
Understand, help build and maintain the overall integrated production schedule for various proprietary programs as needs arisePerform scenarios or what-if exercises as needed to support program's needsIdentify shop conflicts across various positions and communicate with the shop, raising help needed as applicable.Work with Industrial Engineers (IEs) to identify possible process improvements.Work with other schedulers & functions to coordinate re-fire/ baseline activities.Working in Open Plan Professional (OPP) (as it links to PRIME-R for demand), pulling data/ analyzing status impact, understanding Critical Path impacts, etc.Working in OPP and CAMvis with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to update status, along with managing and providing insight for the Material Vertical Integration (MVI) processAssisting CAMs and working Earned Value Management (EVM) change documents through CSPR (Cobra & OPP)Help develop production scheduling processes with other team members; recommending, coordinating, and leading trainings as needed.Work with IP&S Core for implementation of new production scheduling and MRP software on various proprietary programsUnderstanding shop floor workflow, identifying constraints, and reflecting in scheduleAbility to work well with multiple and cross-functional teams.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role3+ years of experience utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedulesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higherExperience using Open Plan Professional or Microsoft ProjectExperience with demand software such as SAP, MRP, etc.Experience with EVM and DFARS Program RequirementsExperience with PRIME-R or Phantom Works programs5+ years’ Experience with BRAIDSS, MRP and/ or Compass ContractConflict of interest:
