Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities1. Review Generation & Reputation ManagementStrategic Campaign Lead: Drive high-velocity review campaigns on third-party sites (G2, TrustRadius, TrustPilot, etc.) to maintain top-tier rankings and secure prestigious "Best Software" badges.
Cross-Functional Targeting: Partner with PMM and Product Analytics to identify high-intent, satisfied customer segments for incentivized feedback programs.
Social Proof Activation: Transform reviews and accolades into persuasive marketing assets for use across Paid Media, Web, and Sales Enablement, etc.
2. Mid-Market Demand Gen & Lead CaptureHigh-Intent Signal Tracking: Monitor third-party review sites to surface high-intent leads and relay actionable competitive signals directly to the Outbound Sales team.
Trust Building: Scale social proof specifically designed to lower friction for the mid-market audience and enterprise buyers.
3. Case Study & Testimonial Pipeline ManagementPipeline Orchestration: In collaboration with CSMs, manage the end-to-end "nomination to publication" pipeline for customer stories, testimonials, and logo usage.
Sales Enablement: Empower CSMs with high-quality scripts and one-pagers to increase the volume and quality of "Klaviyo Switcher" and "Shopify Integration" success stories.
Nomination Management: Track nominations through vetting, consent, and interview stages to ensure a healthy volume of strategic content that aligns with quarterly GTM goals.
4. Operational Infrastructure & GovernanceCentralized Asset Management: Build and maintain the "Source of Truth" repository for all customer logos, testimonials, and case studies.
Compliance & Consent: Standardize and manage the legal consent process, ensuring Marketing and PMM teams have a reliable, validated source for usage rights.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in Product or Customer Marketing at SaaS companies.
Compelling Communicator: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to turn a raw customer interview into a high-conversion case study.
Advocacy: Proven track record of running review generation campaigns that result in measurable ranking improvements.
Orchestration: Strong project management skills—able to move a "story" from a CSM nomination to a published asset across a complex organization.
Tech Forward: Curious about the shift from SEO to GEO and how social proof fuels AI search engines.

Northern California (Bay Area):$128,000 - $173,000
New York Remote:$123,500 - $167,000
