**Position Summary**
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and governance of cloud-native services across AWS, Azure, GCP, and our future private cloud. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy execution, engineering, and enterprise governance. The Senior PM will own complex, multi-team backlogs, partner with Distinguished Engineers, and serve as a trusted bridge between various multi-disciplinary teams.
This is a leadership role that requires deep technical fluency, exceptional cross-functional influence, and the ability to drive long-term product vision while ensuring delivery excellence. The Senior Product Manager is also expected to mentor and develop other product managers, building maturity and consistency across the product discipline.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Backlog & Roadmap Ownership: Lead backlog strategy across multiple product lines; simplify complex dependencies; set long-term direction aligned to enterprise strategy.
+ Cross-Cloud Product Management: Define and drive the roadmap for cloud-native services across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud. Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance, and customer use cases.
+ Stakeholder & Engineering Alignment: Collaborate with Distinguished Engineers and senior engineering leaders to develop transformative product strategies. Drive alignment between product, engineering, security, and architecture stakeholders to ensure a cohesive vision that drives outcomes.
+ Execution & Delivery: Ensure organizational execution excellence by balancing short-term outcomes with long-term strategy. Remove blockers, anticipate risks, and create best practices for scaled delivery.
+ Customer Empathy & Validation: Systematize customer and stakeholder feedback loops; translate insights into measurable product outcomes; balance enterprise risk requirements with customer experience.
+ Governance & Compliance: Ensure services meet security, compliance, and enterprise standards. Collaborate with security and governance teams to streamline approvals and de-risk deployments.
+ Leadership & Mentorship: Actively mentor and coach other product managers, share best practices, and raise the maturity of product management across ISTS.
**Required Experience**
+ Cloud provider expertise across one or more AWS, Azure, GCP, and Private Cloud.
+ Proven experience delivering enterprise services across multiple providers.
+ Experience defining product vision, roadmap, and outcomes across the end-to-end product lifecycle.
+ Track record of simplifying complex programs into clear backlogs.
+ Background in navigating enterprise risk, compliance, and approval frameworks.
+ Skilled at balancing speed-to-market with security and regulatory obligations.
+ Demonstrated ability to work with Distinguished Engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
+ Strong track record of building alignment in highly matrixed environments.
+ Experience with infrastructure automation, AI/ML adoption, or DevOps practices.
+ Familiarity with tooling like Terraform, Spacelift, or GitHub Actions is a plus.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in cloud-native or infrastructure product domains.
+ Substantial technical fluency in cloud platforms, networking, and modern DevOps practices.
+ Strong customer empathy with proven ability to validate outcomes at scale.
+ Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations)
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ Masters or MBA preferred
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
