Senior Product Manager

What you'll do...

Position: Senior Product Manager 

 

Job Location: 221 River Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030 

 

Duties: Work on critical business problems and help find the right solutions for Walmart’s customers. Work cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution. Define and document functional and non -functional requirements. Track prioritization and timely delivery through partnership with Engineering, Design, and Data Stewardship teams. Deep dive into Walmart data. Write business-facing documentation and compile reporting. Provide customer insights to senior leadership. Track product metrics for success. Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand problems, opportunities, and requirements. Own and execute the roadmaps for B2B data products. Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings and evangelize the product value proposition through demos. Help guide teams, influence others, manage stakeholders, and communicate clearly. Develop Go-To-Market Strategies for new product launches or new features. This position does not supervise employees. 

 

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Product Management, or related area and 3 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Product Management, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management. 

 

Skills required: Experience formulating product roadmaps. Experience analyzing data and diving deep for research, bug fixes, and insight generation. Experience crafting Product Vision and Strategy for quarterly and yearly planning and creating North Star Statements. Experience using SQL for data mining. Experience designing and prototyping for product development. Experience conducting market research using online and offline resources to ensure product fit. Experience enabling API and UX to improve data integrations and improve SLAs. Experience using PowerBI, TIBCO, and Tableau for reporting for business stakeholders’ view. Experience with data collection and the management of the critical data assets for product consumption. Experience creating Go to Market materials to enable Product Marketing. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills. 

 

Salary Range: $155,542/year to $216,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
