In this hands‑on product role, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, no‑code tools, and real business problems. You’ll partner closely with business owners, subject‑matter experts, and cross‑functional teams to design, prototype, and deliver impactful AI‑driven products—accelerating AI adoption in a safe, compliant way.
This role is ideal for a Product Manager who enjoys experimentation, rapid iteration, and building solutions that get used.
What You’ll Do:
Own discovery and research efforts to understand user needs, personas, and pain points
Translate insights into product direction, defining scope, features, and priorities aligned to business goals
Design, prototype, and test AI-enabled solutions using no‑code tools
Collaborate daily with business partners, SMEs, technology, risk, and compliance teams
Gather user feedback and performance data, iterating quickly to improve product outcomes
Ensure solutions meet safety, risk, and compliance standards required in a regulated environment
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Understanding of Agile digital product development principles and lifecycle
Exposure to no‑code or low‑code tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms)
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and align across teams
Experience conducting user research and using data to inform decisions
Comfortable working in fast‑moving, evolving environments
Interest or familiarity with AI concepts, data literacy, and emerging technologies
Exposure to UX or design thinking practices, usability testing, or prototypes
Technical curiosity—interest in learning about APIs, integrations, and automation concepts

Job Expectations:
This role will be required to sit out of Charlotte, NC (Uptown location). No other locations will be considered. Candidates outside of a reasonable commuting distance will need to consider relocation.
