We are seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead the Location Services portfolio within Cart team. This critical role focuses on improving the customer journey by ensuring the right location, the right store, and the customer’s intent are accurately identified to offer tailored and seamless fulfillment options.
You’ll work cross-functionally across product, engineering, design and business operations to develop smart, scalable solutions that power key experiences like assortment availability, transaction eligibility, pricing, and fulfillment options.
You’ll Make an Impact By:
Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for location services within the Cart experience.Identify the right customer location to personalize fulfillment and availability.Determine the most suitable store for customer orders based on inventory, pricing, transactability, and fulfillment capability.Leverage customer intent signals to offer optimized experiences and personalized recommendations.Ensure location and store data accuracy across platforms and throughout the customer journey.Integrate and improve address validation services to reduce delivery errors and improve order accuracy.Serve as a key enabler for location-aware experiences across the broader Ecommerce ecosystem.Partner closely with analytics teams to run experiments, measure performance, and continuously optimize based on data and insights.Analyzing customer behavior, industry trends, and internal data to identify opportunities and shape product direction.Communicating progress, risks, and results to senior leadership and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.About the Team
You’ll be part of Walmart’s International eCommerce Product team, responsible for the Location / Cart experiences, shaping how customers interact with location-based fulfillment across channels. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA strongly preferred.4+ years of product management experience, especially in eCommerce, digital platforms, or customer experience roles.Experience with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation at scale, and turning test insights into measurable outcomes.Strong proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Adobe) to assess impact and guide product strategy.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
