Senior Product Manager, Digital Subscriptions

As a Senior Product Manager with the Digital Subscriptions team, you will own the strategy and execution for this area, focusing on clear outcomes, strong prioritization and delivering outcomes that matter through your team. Digital Subscriptions are a vital part of Best Buy’s strategy for growing and sustaining meaningful customer relationships, critical vendor partnerships involving streaming and software services, as well as monetization strategies.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. For this role, you must be located within a drivable distance to our office in Richfield, Minnesota.
What you’ll doOwn and evolve the Digital Subscriptions product strategy, setting clear outcomes, north-star goals, and prioritizing long‑term vision alongside near‑term executionDrive growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization by identifying opportunities informed by customer needs and business outcomesLeverage customer research, data, and market insights to guide decisions, define success metrics, shape tradeoffs, and continuously iterate based on learningsLead cross‑functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, clear problem statements, and well‑defined requirementsCollaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations to ensure high‑quality solutions while empowering teams to determine the best implementationServe as the primary product voice, aligning stakeholders on priorities, communicating progress and risks to leadership, and fostering strong partnership across disciplinesBasic qualifications2 years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, etc.1 year of experience with Leadership (formal or informal).1 year of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related.Preferred qualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience.6 years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, or related.1 or more years of product management experience in streaming or software services with content delivery and/or monetization strategies.What’s in it for you
