Description We are looking for a high caliber Senior Product Manager - Tech to join the AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery Service (DRS) team and lead product management for the service. As product owner, you will work with a dedicated engineering team and also partner closely with other product and technical teams across AWS. Key job responsibilities - Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy and business impact. - Deeply understand the technology that underpins our mission-critical service. Collaborate closely with your immediate engineering partners and partner teams to support the long term technology strategy. - Work closely with sales & marketing and finance teams to understand friction points and opportunities. Collaborate with engineering counterparts on the roadmap to address gaps, identify dependencies and clear blockers, balancing impact vs. engineering cost. - Champion the ideal end-to-end experience for your customers. - Leverage data and define the success metrics for features or services to track performance, deep-dive on issues and uncover trends and patterns. About the team AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery (DRS) is a disaster recovery service that enables organizations to minimize downtime and data loss with fast, reliable recovery of on-premises and cloud-based applications. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $260,400/year in our highest geographic market.
