As a Product Owner in Post Trade Technology, you will translate business goals into actionable plans and quarterly objectives. You will partner with engineering and operations teams to align dependencies, drive adoption of new capabilities, and deliver measurable results. Working in an Agile environment, you will facilitate execution, ensure incremental value, and keep stakeholders informed. Your role will be central to shaping integrated roadmaps and supporting the team’s success.

Job Responsibilities:

Translate objectives into clear product plans and measurable outcomesShape quarterly plans with engineering and partner teamsAlign cross-team dependencies and maintain integrated roadmapsDrive adoption of new technologies across teamsFacilitate Agile execution with clear sprint goals and outcomesSupport sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesAnalyse and document requirements in Jira with clear acceptance criteriaEnsure traceability from objectives to delivered capabilitiesOwn day-to-day delivery, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and reviewsPromote structured sprint reviews with demo criteria and stakeholder feedbackCommunicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly; escalate blockers with recommendations

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Tech Delivery role working with cross-functional engineering teams in Agile environmentsDetailed understanding of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate concepts to senior management and customersAbility to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goalsExperience working on large-scale transformation programs

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience in financial services or a related industryHands-on experience implementing or supporting post-trade workflows in financial services
