 As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Cash Operations Transformation Team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You will work in one of the most dynamic areas of Financial Services—Payments. You will help operationally support new products, partner with the business to execute the Payments franchise’s strategy, and enable stable, scalable product delivery.
 Job responsibilitiesCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficienciesSupports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsRaises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resourcesCollaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to support end-to-end delivery—assist with impact assessments, help identify and escalate blockers, and ensure resources are aligned.Support the design, delivery, and change management of new services and enhancements, ensuring compliance with risk, control, and regulatory requirements.Maintain awareness of business initiatives and client mandates to help manage the Payments Operations change pipeline.Assist in mapping current processes, systems, and organizational structures to identify opportunities for improved customer experience, scalability, and resiliency.Contribute to developing business cases and securing stakeholder buy-in for recommendations.Support process and tool enhancements through proactive reengineering to increase efficiency and resilience.Provide regular status updates to management and business stakeholders.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain areaExperience executing operational management and change readiness activitiesExperience in product deployment processes Experience in product management, operations, or a related field, with a record of supporting successful outcomesHands-on involvement in operational management, change readiness, and product deploymentAbility to work with business stakeholders to support process improvements using technology and digital toolsStrong team player with excellent interpersonal skills—able to collaborate across functionsLogical, structured approach to problem-solving and planningUnderstanding of controls, risk management, and compliance protocolsSelf-motivated and able to manage workload independentlyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeveloped knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in large-scale operations and transformation projectsSkills in data analysis and manipulation to support recommendationsProficiency in Excel and ability to create clear presentations in PowerPoint Role is full time in office at Tampa, FL
