As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Connected Banking, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.  You will enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you will create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. 

 

Connected Banking includes product areas:

Core Experience: provides an integrated view of our customers financial position through digital tools. It includes Spend & Save, Credit & Debt, Identity, Credit Journey for Small Business, Alerts & Communication, and Enrollment & Activation 

Export Aggregation enables customers to safely share their Chase account information externally, while gaining more control over third-party data connections

Open Banking:  focuses on industry engagement and advocacy for regulations such as 1033 and oversees cross-org readiness

Growth: partners closely with our LOB stakeholders, Marketing, Analytics and Finance teams to maximize the value we extract from our experiences and data

Operations & Readiness:  oversees control governance, coordinates Customer Experience and Channel Readiness, and provides project management for product planning, delivery & release management support activities
 

Job responsibilitiesCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficienciesSupports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsRaises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resourcesSupports Vendor (Delivery) Management for Credit Journey’s third-party vendor, by providing fiscal oversight, conducting platform analysis to identify emerging issues and trends for process improvements, and coordinating cross-functionallyDevelops and maintain Product Standards, ensuring Connected Banking adherence and compliance with requirementsCoordinates periodic market research and customer experience information, providing insights to the Product ownerMaintains periodic reporting of KPIs and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA), and identify trends and outliersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain areaExperience executing operational management and change readiness activitiesExperience in product deployment processes Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeveloped knowledge of the product development life cycle
