As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Managed Solutions Products team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of innovative wealth management solutions. You will conduct comprehensive research and analysis, ensuring solutions align with business needs and compliance standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Financial Advisors, Operations, Technology, and Compliance officers, to facilitate seamless execution of strategic priorities. Your role involves coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines. You will proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Your insights will empower data-driven decisions, and your leadership will drive the success of our wealth management solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of wealth management strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.Proactively identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies for successful project completion.Perform in-depth research and analysis to support product development, providing actionable insights.Collaborate with Product Owners, Financial Advisors, Operations, Technology, and Compliance officers to ensure alignment with business objectives.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for review by senior management.Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements within the product delivery lifecycle.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related industry.Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, product development, or a similar role.Strong leadership skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and completion of projects.Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success.Expertise in conducting research and analysis to support product development.Excellent collaboration skills with various stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using project management tools and software (e.g., myPM, MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
