As a Product Associate in Acquisition & Engagement Platform- Single Lending Desktop, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
 Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityActs as the Business Analyst for 1 or more sprint teams – including gathering, and documenting requirements, managing Agile metrics, and driving Agile ceremoniesManages key relationships by working with lines of business, user community, engineering, architecture, and a diverse set of product teams across the enterprise to understand their needs, and drive results.Communicates effectively by representing the product in various settings with varying stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementA customer obsessed individual with the ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with the line of business, user community and engineers partners, and an ability to translate customer needs into clear product delivery requirements.Strong team player and leader who can inspire action and performance of their team and builds credibility across the enterprise.Demonstrated ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly dynamic environment. Strong partnership, consulting, and influence skillsExceptional written and presentation skills.Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile project methodologies and tools including JIRA.
