As a Senior Product Associate in the Self-Directed Investing business, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a differentiated experience for how clients interact with and understand their overall investment portfolio, so they can make informed investment decisions.Through the experiences you create and manage, you will have the opportunity to create client engagement, establish loyalty to our platform, and ultimately enable growth for the Self-Directed Investing business. The scope for the experiences that you will manage and deliver spans across web, mobile, notifications, and customer service via phone and digital channels.  Job responsibilitiesCollaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to discover, develop, and build product enhancements informed by customer insights and dataConduct discovery sessions to clarify and prioritize requirementsOwn and write detailed requirements that capture functional, design, analytics, and control/regulatory featuresProvide clear vision and scope documentation, workflows, detailed business requirements, use cases and other materials as needed to support UX design, development, and infrastructureReview and certify new experiences with QA, engineering, and design teams to ensure it meets expectations. Drive the prioritization and resolution of issuesFacilitate decision-making to make smart trade-offs when appropriateManage stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met.
