As Senior Product Associate in Learn Experience & Development, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced learning solutions powered by large language models (LLMs). You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, proactively driving initiatives, managing stakeholders, and ensuring our learning platforms remain best-in-class. Your strategic mindset and “get it done” attitude will be key to delivering impactful products that support the organization’s growth and transformation.
 Job responsibilitiesLead the strategy, development, and launch of LLM-enabled content generation features for the Learn organizationPartner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple lines of business to deliver innovative learning solutionsProactively identify opportunities and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environmentManage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the product lifecycleUtilize JIRA for project tracking, backlog management, and workflow optimizationDevelop and maintain a strategic product roadmap informed by user research, data analysis, and market trendsWrite requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and deliveryAnalyze, track, and evaluate product metrics to ensure delivery against time, cost, and quality targetsConsider upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall learning experience. Support continuous improvement of existing offerings through customer feedback and data-driven insightsEvangelize the work in partnership with Change and Comms, to promote adoptionChampion a “get it done” attitude, fostering a culture of accountability and results
 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, preferably in learning, development, or technology-driven organizationsProven success in building and launching AI/LLM-enabled features or productsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and deliveryExperience with JIRA or similar project management toolsData analytics and data literacy skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProactive, self-starter with a strategic approach to problem-solvingExcellent organizational and prioritization skillsCollaborative and adaptable, with a results-oriented mindsetPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience working across multiple lines of business or large, matrixed organizationsFamiliarity with learning platforms, content management systems, or enterprise technology solutionsUnderstanding of AI/LLM technologies and their application in learning and developmentAdvanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Education)Experience with user research, journey mapping, and market analysisDemonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
