As a Senior Product Associate Instrument Reference Data (IRD) Product & Transformation within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), you will contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization, supported by user research and customer feedback to innovate and improve products.  Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our data consumersConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentAnalyze data to explain differences and inform stakeholders during requirements gathering and executionSupport planning and project management for the adoption of strategic platforms across Risk and Compliance business lines, collaborating with Technology and Operations teamsBuild and maintain relationships with business and operational stakeholders across functional areasGather, analyze, specify, and test requirements within an Agile development framework, ensuring translation into effective technical solutionsOversee end-to-end delivery of business requirements, including project planning, milestone tracking, and resource prioritizationIdentify and define process improvement opportunitiesMaintain and prioritize a backlog of requests to align resources with top priorities Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience with Equities Instrument Reference dataBasic SQL query writing skills, frequently used for data analysisPrior experience in product management
