Along the way, you’ll develop a deep, end-to-end understanding of the business and find an inclusive culture that welcomes diverse ideas and supports your individual growth and career mobility.  Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Partners with the Integration lead to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our Line of Businesses (LOB)s by engaging with them in workshops, meetings, etc.Understand LOB's feedback and requirements and convert those into product agnostic capabilities and features on the platformContributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launchesCollaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer valueRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsAbility to translate business requirements to functional requestsCore Banking knowledge or prior experience with core banking products is preferredGood understanding of microservice, cloud and domain driven design is preferredAbility to work closely with Product Manager to execute on roadmap by planning work with scrum teams and dependencies with impacted partnersStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to write epics and stories with applicable acceptance criteria to meet the definition of ready
