As a Senior Product Associate in Global Banking Platform, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings.  Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Collaborate with the Area Product Owner to develop the roadmap and vision for platform capabilities, prioritize the backlog, and assist in the overall delivery processProvide answers and clarify requirements for scrum teamsReview sprint outcomes and assist with release planningCreate and implement new platform features as a Functional and Technical Subject Matter Expert on platform capabilities while working with various APG teams within the Global Banking PlatformMaintain a strong emphasis on "building the right thing in the right way" to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needsConduct data analyticsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacy5+ years experience working in engineering, technology, innovation, business strategy, analytics, new product developmentBachelor’s degree in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering etc)Proficiency in Agile methodology. Knowledge of JIRA to do product planning and SprintsExcellent verbal and written skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams and ability to partner across various disciplines and levels of technical knowledgeExperience using data analytics and data visualization tools; experience working with and presenting to senior executivesFormal training/certification on software engineering concepts such as AWS or AI/ML requiredPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsGood understanding in microservice architecture and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes)Excellent communication and problem solving skillsDomain knowledge in Core Banking (ex: Deposits, Credit Card, Lending)
