As a Product Associate in the Global Banking Platform team, you  will play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs.  You will also work closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, and will contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings.

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge level of the product development life cycleExperience with product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to translate business requirements to functional requestsAbility to write epics and stories with applicable acceptance criteria to meet the definition of readyCore Banking knowledge or prior experience with core banking products a plusAbility to work closely with Product Manager to execute on roadmap by planning work with scrum teams and dependencies with impacted partners
