Senior Product Associate - Email Application Integration

As a Senior Product Associate within the Collaboration and Communication Product Line, you will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development and platform engineering lifecycle, working in agile product teams, and partnering with stakeholders to stay focused on common goals aligned to our employees and customers. We are seeking a Product Associate to play a central role in managing and advancing three critical product areas within our Email Product Team. This position will oversee the mail relay infrastructure (SMTP), including the associated registration processes that enable more than 1,500 applications to reliably send millions of emails each day. The role also involves product ownership of our secure file sharing solution, which underpins multi-million-dollar transactions and supports the organization’s need for robust, compliant content delivery. Additionally, you will drive the integration of applications with the Microsoft 365 (M365) stack, empowering application teams to leverage M365 APIs for automating essential business processes. This is a unique opportunity to shape products that are foundational to our communication, collaboration, and secure information exchange across the enterprise.

Job responsibilities:

Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and deliver value.Prioritizes the product backlog &, maintain a vision for the productHelps with overall product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks.Measure product KPIs and success measures by understanding the target outcomes and tracking our progress against targets.Working collaboratively with Engineering teams to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement and operations workAdvocating for, and deeply understanding, the needs of the product’s customersWorks closely with users and key stakeholders to drive adoption and transform business workflowsConducts market research and tracks industry developments understands implications to product vision and strategyDefines and manages the product's business metrics, including cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliabilityOversees and drives the go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the productLead by example, exhibiting robust risk measures while advocating for adherence throughout the development lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaExperience in Technology product management role within enterprise environment.  Familiarity with common technical concepts, architectures, and cloud-based principles is critical, but hands on development experience is not essential. Experience in a product management construct with an emphasis on data mapping and migrationsExperience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutionsUnderstanding of the end-to-end software development process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operationsKnowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologiesAn understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)Experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholdersStrong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholdersExperience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
