As a Senior Product Associate in Asset & Wealth Management - Digital Distribution, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Job responsibilities
Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Identify opportunities to infuse AI/ML capabilities into marketing processes — e.g., content generation, targeting, optimization, and measurement.Collaborate with design and marketing teams to co-create user journeys that reduce manual effort and increase marketing impact.Develop intelligent segmentation and audience modeling strategies.Forecast campaign performance using predictive analytics.Implement generative AI solutions for content personalization.Act as a liaison between marketers, technologists, and data scientists to ensure feasibility, value delivery, and iterative improvements.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy Experience in product management in MarTech, AdTech, or enterprise SaaSDeep understanding of marketing operations and campaign management toolsFamiliarity with generative AI tools, LLMs, and AI-driven content and insight platformsProven track record of delivering AI-enabled tools Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics for non-technical audiencesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
