As a Senior Product Associate in Asset and Wealth Management, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilitiesDrives product development and integration initiatives from ideation through launch, focusing on enterprise client and partner solutions.Plugs in a range of responsibilities across end-to-end client engagement for implementation, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration experiences.Gathers and analyzes business requirements, market trends, and client feedback to inform product and integration strategy.Collaborates with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product features, integration requirements, and user stories.Translates complex business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.Drives problem-solving and critical thinking across all stages of the product and integration lifecycle.Supports user testing and help manage release coordination for enterprise clients Stays current on fintech trends, wealth management innovations, and integration best practices.Delivers with high quality and strong collaborate across regions leveraging strong interpersonal communication skillst Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaExperience in product management, fintech, wealth management, asset management, or enterprise integrations.Strong domain knowledge of financial services, investment products, and technology platforms.Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to solve complex business problems and think critically.Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Technical proficiency in product development, data analysis, and digital platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsCFA, FRM, or relevant product management certifications preferred.Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.Experience with regulatory requirements in wealth and asset management.Familiarity with digital transformation and integration initiatives in financial services.Track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving business growth.Experience with client, partner, or enterprise integrations is a plus.
