As a Senior Product Associate within the Alternative Lending team, you will lead the development and delivery of key Assisted Servicing capabilities, which will power the support and servicing solutions across multiple employee-to-customer touchpoints. From Branch staff, to Call Center agents, to automated IVR & Chat, you will deliver capabilities for a 0 to 1 payment product build as part of Chase’s growing Connected Commerce portfolio. This role requires strong delivery and leadership skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex technical aspect to the Product team and business goals/objectives to the Technical team.

Job Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of the suite of capabilities required for Chase employees to service a net-new lending productDrive backlog creation and delivery for a new Hyderabad-based technology teamsPartner with Service Product Group (SPG) and Connect Commerce DCE teams to ensure a high quality and technically efficient user experience across happy path and critical non-ideal use casesAlign deliveries with business objectives, stakeholder priorities, and user experience goalsFacilitate effective sprint planning and resource utilization, partnering with engineering leads to ensure timely delivery of high-value featuresBuild and manage key relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and ComplianceChampion operational excellence, including quality management, controls, and compliance with firmwide standardsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
5+ years of experience in digital product management, financial services, technology, or project managementProven track record managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and agile development teams in a matrixed environmentStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner across Product, Technology, and Business teamsStrategic thinker and problem solver, capable of addressing both technical and functional challengesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong reasoning, organizational, and presentation abilitiesProficient with MS Office tools, JIRA, and ConfluencePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Familiarity with customer-facing payment experiences and servicing platformsExperience supporting cross functional strategic initiativesExperience with Lending products and/or servicing these productsBachelor’s Degree
