Job responsibilities
Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentAdds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and respectRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyExperience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and architectureExperience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and Cloud FormationUnderstanding of cloud computing concepts and architectureExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product vision and requirements to stakeholdersStrong customer focus with the ability to gather and prioritize customer feedback and requirementPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
