As a Senior Product Associate in Employee Platforms, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities:

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery

Partners with the Product Manager to build a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers

Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersSupport product backlog management and maintenance to enable and support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Monitor and assesses the performance of products, identifying areas for improvement Support end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the Product Lifecycle (PLC) and Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)Proficient knowledge of portfolio management, roadmap planning and business case creationExperience in product development life cycle activities including discovery, requirements definition, and release managementStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExcellent leadership and influence skills across business and functional technology functions with developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacyStrong oral and written communication skills
