As a Senior Product Associate in Consumer Banking, Geospatial Area Product, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development; maintains epics and stories in JIRA, evaluating readiness and outcomes, and proceeding with additional iterations, develop and prioritize a product backlog, and lead collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives) Works with business application owners and development teams to define business requirements, lead scope definition, drive technical implementation, End-2-End testing, and operational readinessSupports the development of our product strategy and roadmapCollects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-makingContributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goalsParticipates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launchesCollaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer valueRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyExcellent numerical, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skillsExpertise knowledge of JIRA and confluence tools, with ability to build dashboard – especially those requiring data structure setupExperience working with multi-level management and complex organizations and pull data for analysisHighly collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving complex initiatives forwardExcellent oral and written communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management; ability to synthesize large amounts of information, summarize key concepts and articulate relevant issues to senior managementAbility to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, processes and data trendsAbility to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work with minimal oversightPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeveloped knowledge of the product development life cycleFull understanding of software development lifecycle best practicesPrior experience working within a real estate domainExperience with geospatial data and tooling including, but not limited to: ArcGIS, Carto, Wherobots, or QGIS
