As the Sr. Procurement Partnering Manager, you will work in a dynamic global environment where you will meet the challenge to bring focus on day-to-day stakeholder engagement to enable an excellent, end-to-end stakeholder experience. You act as the primary contact for your respective business stakeholder and, thanks to your deep understanding of procurement and the stakeholder day-to-day procurement-related needs, you provide simple and seamless access for Pharma Technical Operations to procurement, independent of the spend category. You collaborate with stakeholders, internal procurement (i.e. Chapters, networks and capability areas eg core delivery, contracting, solutions, analytics, insights, etc.) and transactional/operations teams to align on needs and opportunity fulfilment or general service enhancements that improve the overall stakeholder experience and realize value for the stakeholder. You work closely with other team members as a subject matter expert, project or workstream lead to develop strategies, measure and track performance, while also identifying and leveraging synergies across Roche.
