The Delivery capability covers the core procurement activities from category management, strategic and operational sourcing, supplier management, content strategy definition, and execution.

As the Delivery Manager, you bring analytical thinking, planning, execution, and focus to the logistics procurement sourcing and delivery capability area. Using your specialized knowledge and in-depth expertise in a specific category or spend areas and procurement overall, you proactively identify and drive strategies and approaches for managing and sourcing third-party spend requirements.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders and internal procurement (such as Business Partnering, Insights, Analytics, Contracting, etc.) to build and implement comprehensive category sourcing and spend management strategies and processes that are aligned with the business needs and functional objectives.
**_The Opportunity:_**
You will play a variety of roles in line with your experience, knowledge, area of expertise, and general business requirements, including but not limited to:
+ Category and sourcing subject matter expert conducting market and internal analysis to develop strategies, best practices, and guidance on tactical plans for how Roche should source and negotiate for third-party goods and services in order to satisfy stakeholder requirements
+ Procurement delivery practitioner delivering and executing sourcing strategies and major initiatives by leveraging spend, category know-how, robust sourcing, negotiation, contracting, supplier management methodologies and project management skills, and/or supporting team members in enhancing their skills and knowledge
+ Content and automation developer translating sourcing strategy into content, automated buying channels guidelines, best practices, and communication materials that improve business adoption, satisfaction, and overall efficiency.
**_Who you are_**
+ You hold a university degree, preferably in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
+ You have 7-10 + years of procurement experience in strategic sourcing, global category management, complex contracting, and operational category efficiency projects.
+ You have procurement experience in temperature controlled Logistics, such as International transport (all transport modes), warehousing and shipping systems & supply chain operations, preferably in the healthcare industry.
+ You have solid leadership experience, extensive procurement expertise, and deep category knowledge in project management or related areas.
+ You have strong experience in procurement systems and processes.
+ You demonstrate curiosity, active listening, and a willingness to experiment and test new ideas when appropriate, with a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement.
+ You are open-minded and inclusive, generously sharing ideas and knowledge, while being receptive to ideas and feedback from others.
+ You have skills in project management.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 136,936.00 and 179,728.50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
