Senior Procurement Analyst
Job Title: Procurement Analyst ( Hybrid)

Job Description

This position is a hybrid role requiring three days a week onsite from Tuesday to Thursday. The Procurement Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting sourcing managers with various sourcing activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution while engaging with suppliers and cross-functional teams. The role involves independently managing multiple projects and deadlines, acting as a sourcing consultant to cross-functional teams, and being responsible for administrative processes and activity reporting associated with projects.

ResponsibilitiesAssist and support sourcing managers with the timely and accurate execution of sourcing activities.Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively and independently.Act as a sourcing consultant to cross-functional teams for projects.Responsible for administrative processes and activity reporting associated with projects.Apply, embed, and improve processes related to sourcing to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.Execute day-to-day sourcing administrative tasks to maintain quality data and information.Support the development of sourcing strategy by identifying key industry players and market dynamics.Develop visualization spend reports to identify trends in spend and negotiation opportunities.Lead benchmarking and cost modeling to identify cost savings and margin enhancement.Collaborate with suppliers to gather data and develop analytical insights for sourcing recommendations.Assist in developing supplier assessments, scorecards, and other analytics to manage supplier performance.Identify and implement ways to increase business efficiencies and operational processes.Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating supplier and supply chain risks.Maintain supplier risk information in terms of financial, commodity, ethical sourcing, and market insights.Essential SkillsIntermediate knowledge of procurement processes, such as category sourcing strategies and supplier relationship management.Expert knowledge of procurement processes such as RFXs and market analysis.Effective communication skills for verbal, written, and visual presentations.Ability to influence across peer groups and senior management on complex strategy.Proactive communication with management.Intellectual curiosity and engagement in opportunities to expand knowledge.Additional Skills & Qualifications4-5 years of sourcing or external manufacturing experience if no degree or an irrelevant degree.2-3 years of experience with a relevant degree.Knowledge of Oracle ERP, SAP, Ariba, and Power BI.Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.Understanding of strategic sourcing and external manufacturing.Work Environment

The work environment is collaborative with a highly skilled and tenured team focused on sourcing. The team culture is fun but focused on getting the work done, providing lots of opportunities to learn and grow. The role involves medium-level interaction with the team and low-level meetings, supporting overarching team goals and beverage ingredient innovation projects. Technologies used include Microsoft Office, Ariba, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Oracle as a nice-to-have.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
